Finishing off your dishes has never be easier than with using the Sodir SEM-60VC electric salamander broiler from Equipex. This unit has a Vitroceramic heating element and an adjustable movable top. It also has a pull-out bottom tray with a wire rack. It can be set on full or partial power for any finishing touches to the desired consistency.
Note:Unit must be used with the included 4-inch legs or optional adjustable 1-inch feet (sold separately), and must not be installed over high-heat-generating equipment or open flames without an insulated shelf.
