Suitable for rigorous use in high-volume settings, the Equipex PSS-600 Sodir-Roller countertop griddle is made of stainless steel—a strong metal that resists warping, rusting, and corroding. Both of its cooking zones are thermostatically controlled and have a maximum cooking temperature of 570 degrees Fahrenheit. Because the control panel is recessed, the risk of accidental adjustment is minimized.
Streamlining end-of-day cleanup, the Equipex PSS-600 electric griddle is equipped with a removable grease drawer. Its integrated back and side splashes keep splatter off nearby walls and appliances. It features pilot and temperature indicator lights, and its on/off switch enables users to quickly power it down when not in use. A countertop model, this unit measures 24 inches wide by 19 inches deep by 9 inches high.
