Equipex PANINIVG Description
Designed for cooking in front of customers, the Equipex PANINI VG panini press has vitroceramic plates that do not attract carbon buildup like aluminum and cast iron alternatives. Because both plates are smooth, they are quicker to clean than plates with grooves, but they do not impart food with grill marks. The top plate has a counterbalanced design for accommodating food with various heights—from grilled cheese and other popular sandwiches to meats and vegetables.
The temperature of this Equipex PANINI VG commercial panini grill is adjustable on the thermostat with a maximum 570-degree Fahrenheit setting. Its high power output encourages rapid preheat and cook times, while the combination heat design accelerates cooking even more. Using the three-position timer, operators can track the cooking time.
