Equipex PANINIVG Description
Designed with vitroceramic plates, the Equipex PANINI VG panini grill works well in front-of-house applications because it resists carbon buildup and eases the cleaning process. The top plate is grooved, leaving grill marks on food, while the smooth bottom plate lacks food-trapping grooves and further streamlines cleaning. Because of its counterbalanced design, the top plate accommodates different-sized foods and evenly distributes heat.
The Equipex PANINI VG commercial panini press has a high power output, so it quickly preheats and warms sandwiches. To further speed up cooking, this unit has radiant and contact heat sources, while the temperature is adjustable with the thermostat controller. A timer on the grill has three operating positions and tracks the cooking process.
