Equipex PANINI/1 Description
For user-friendly operation, the Equipex PANINI/1 commercial panini press has manual controls. Its on/off switch turns the unit on at the press of a button, and because the temperature dial is separate, the unit remembers its previous heat settings. Staff members can turn the temperature to 570 degrees Fahrenheit or less, depending on the product. Because the top plate automatically adjusts to product height, this panini press can be used for a variety of products, including sandwiches, meats, and vegetables.
This Equipex PANINI/1 panini press has smooth cast iron plates on the top and bottom, and although these plates do not make grill marks like grooved plates, they heat product more evenly and are easier to clean. To remove carbon buildup, the unit includes a scraper, while its slide-out crumb tray traps grease and food sediment, holding it for removal at the end of the day. So staff members can wipe splatter off the surface, the unit's housing is constructed of stainless steel.
