The Equipex GL2-7000 countertop induction cooktop is made of heavy-duty stainless steel with an attractive vitroceramic glass surface that can be wiped clean. Making two dishes at once, the two side-by-side burners operate with 20 power levels and individual touchscreen controls. It is able to detect when a pan of food is placed on the cooktop or emptied, making the process straightforward and protecting the unit from overheating.
