BKI WS-15STC Description
The BKI WS-15STC freestanding dump station is warmed through upper and lower radiant heat—extending hold times for fried foods without them becoming tough or soggy. This unit holds a 12-inch-wide by 20-inch-deep steam table pan with a capacity of 10 pounds. The top heating element rotates 90 degrees to improve dumping access and reduce the risk of burns, while the flat stainless steel construction and removable parts of the station streamline cleaning. Because of its 6-inch casters, this station can be relocated as needed.
