Centaur CEN-FRY32 Description
The Centaur CEN-FRY32 countertop electric fryer is equipped with two separate frying vats, each capable of holding 16 pounds of oil. The double unit is made of stainless steel for durability and resistance to rust and corrosion. Each vat is equipped with a hinged lid and separate controls. Each control panel has a power switch and a dial knob for temperature control.
The full Centaur CEN-FRY32 electric fryer measures 221/2 inches wide by 153/4 inches deep by 141/2 inches high and sits on four non-slip feet for stability on smooth countertops and metal worktables. The fryer comes with two wire fry baskets. The heating element sits in the vat of oil for even heating, and it can be removed for cleaning.
