Using AquaTemp™ technology, the Cres Cor RO-151-FWUA-18DE full-size cook-and-hold oven continuously monitors the temperature and humidity of food for ideal texture and flavor. Using electronic controls, users can set the temperature as high as 350 degrees Fahrenheit for cooking and rethermalizing. This unit utilizes dry heat, moist heat, or a combination of both to accommodate different cooking and holding needs. For moist heat applications, the unit automatically fills with water and safely shuts the water heater off if water levels get too low.

The Cres Cor RO-151-FWUA-18DE cook-and-hold oven can be monitored through an LED digital display that shows the level of moisture and current temperature in the cabinet. Along with adjusting the temperature, the operator can use a switch to increase or reduce the amount of airflow in the unit. To keep passersby safe, this oven has a drip tray mounted to the front that catches any moisture, keeping water from falling to the floor and causing slips. It also prevents users from burning themselves through silicone gaskets that keep the door shut tightly and prevent hot air from escaping the chamber.
