Cres Cor RO-151-FUA-18DE Full-Size Cook and Hold Oven, 208v/1ph

The Cres Cor RO-151-FUA-18DE Quicktherm™ retherm oven has 18 chrome-plated wire angles that hold various pan sizes on 1¹⁄₂-inch spacings. The food that sits on these pans can be rethermalized or slow roasted; a slow convected air system ensures the natural browning of foods. Temperatures can go up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and the electronic control has an easy-to-read LED digital display.

The stainless steel construction is durable and resistant to corrosion. The interior corners of each section are coved for easy cleaning. Two Dutch doors have silicone gaskets that prevent hot air from leaking out. Ceramic magnetic latches ensure the doors stay closed while the cabinet is being moved. Recessed push and pull handles on the outer sides of the Cres Cor RO-151-FUA-18DE Quicktherm™ retherm oven make moving it easier.
