To create an attention-grabbing area on buffet lines or at catered events, this Cres Cor IFW-61-WF-PN Star Series flexible-arm carving station features the necessary components for chefs to slice thick cuts of meat and keep them warm for serving. Its Richlite® wood fiber cutting board withstands heavy use but is easy on knives, and its center design drains drippings and scraps into the drip pan inset beneath the board. Its nickel chrome-plated lamp includes a 250-watt red bulb that warms product from above and resists shattering and thermal shock to protect contents from bulb breakage.
The Cres Cor IFW-61-WF-PN carving station's lamp arm can be adjusted to redirect the heating focus, and once it's repositioned, its arm tension stabilizes it in place. To enhance presentation, its hood features a polished nickel surface that complements the classic cutting board color. This 301⁄2-inch-wide by 20-inch-deep by 52-inch-high unit can be displayed on a countertop, worktop, and buffet line, and users can quickly power it on or off with its base-mounted toggle switch.
