The Cres Cro IFW-61-GL-10PN carving station's lamp includes an infrared 250-watt bulb that warms products from above as they're sliced. This shatter- and thermal shock-resistant bulb protects displayed contents from bulb breakage and enhances visibility for front-of-house displays. The lamp's arm can be adjusted to accommodate variously sized products, while its tension secures it in position throughout use. Because this unit operates with a simple base-mounted power switch, it eliminates precise temperature adjustments.
