To ensure prepared foods are hot and textures are preserved when they're served, the Cres Cor H-135-WSUA-11-R insulated hot cabinet can hold foods at temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit and produce as much as 95 percent humidity. Operators can control both settings using two electromechanical thermostats, while a thermometer provides a clear readout of the cabinet's internal temperature. A 3¹⁄₂-quart stainless steel water pan holds the water required for creating humidity, and an integral drip trough ensures the unit's front remains dry to prevent product damage and slips or falls. To preserve programmed settings, the interior is insulated with temperature-preserving fiberglass, helping reduce heat loss when its doors are opened or it's stored in cool areas.

This Cres Cor H-135-WSUA-11-R AquaTemp™ hot cabinet's interior includes 11 sets of wire universal angles that can be adjusted on 1¹⁄₂-inch centers to accommodate variously sized pans. Two right-hinged Dutch doors provide direct access to specific compartment sections so the entire cabinet isn't exposed, which can help reduce heat loss. Constructed of durable, wear- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this unit withstands daily use in commercial settings, and for a unique splash of color, its doors come in red. Its rigid internal frame adds structural support as high volumes of pans are loaded and unloaded over time and it's transported between various areas. Heavy-duty 5-inch swivel casters can turn and reverse, and two casters include brakes for stabilization. To steer this 25³⁄₄-inch-wide by 33¹⁄₂-inch-deep by 69³⁄₄-inch-high model, there are recessed handles built into its side.
