Designed for undercounted installation, the Cres Cor 500-CH-SS-DX cook and hold oven features deluxe digital controls with an LED display, 18 programmable menu options, and a 6-inch food probe for precise temperature monitoring. Its fully insulated stainless steel construction retains radiant heat for consistent slow cooking, which reduces shrinkage by 15 to 20 percent and increases product yield. With a maximum operating temperature of 325 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit is ideal for reheating prepared meals or cooking bulk items.

The Cres Cor 500-CH-SS-DX oven supports up to 50 pounds of meat and holds (5) 12-in. x 20-in. x 2 1⁄2-in. pans or (3) 12-in. x 20-in. x 4-in. pans. Removable stainless steel pan slides are riveted on 1 3⁄8-in. centers and include two nickel chrome-plated wire grids. The field-reversible, insulated door is fitted with a silicone gasket and high-temperature ceramic magnetic latch to prevent heat loss. Anti-microbial latches reduce the risk of germ transmission, while the external drip pan keeps the surrounding floor space dry. Mounted on four 3-in. swivel casters, two with brakes, the unit offers mobility even when fully loaded.
