Compatible with medium-volume catering applications, this Cres Cor 1000-HH-SS-SPLIT-DX radiant hot cabinet is a half-size model that accommodates eight 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or eight 12-inch by 20-inch steam table pans. Inside the cabinet, wire pan supports hold pans on 2³⁄₄-inch centers, and these supports can be removed for cleaning when necessary. A top-mounted, 900-watt heating system circulates heat evenly throughout the cabinet to ensure prepared dishes are hot for serving, and operators can adjust cabinet temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit using the standard solid-state electronic controls, which display holding temperatures. To preserve programmed temperatures if the unit is stored in cool ambient environments and when pans are loaded and retrieved, this unit is fully insulated with fiberglass.

For smooth transportation, the Cres Cor 1000-HH-SS-SPLIT-DX mobile heated cabinet is furnished with four 5-inch swivel casters, and two casters have brakes to secure the unit in place. This 22⁵⁄₈-inch-wide by 32³⁄₄-inch-deep by 42-inch-high model's stainless steel construction resists rust, corrosion, and wear from impact, while its rigid body and door frame retain its structural integrity throughout use. The right-hinged door's magnetic latch is simple to open and is treated with an antimicrobial agent that slows bacterial and mildew growth between cleanings. To ensure the door remains closed as the unit is moved, it features a strong twist-lock catch.
