From the ET series, the Everest Refrigeration ETR1 reach-in refrigerator measures 35⁵/₈ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 29¹/₄ inches deep and is designed for undercounter installation. The worktop is constructed of 16-gauge stainless steel to provide a durable, dent- and corrosion-resistant surface that can be used for compact kitchen equipment or for preparing menu items. The cabinet has a stainless steel interior and exterior with rounded external corners to avoid staff injuries. The cabinet has two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves that can be adjusted to optimize item storage.

To provide a clear view of shelf items to streamline retrieval, the Everest Refrigeration ETR1 undercounter refrigerator has silicone-coated, shatter-resistant LED lighting. The interior is accessed through a solid, right-hinged door with a self-closing design to help maintain set temperatures during use. This unit relies on R290 refrigerant to maintain a temperature holding range between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit. To evenly distribute cool air throughout the cabinet, this unit has a full-length air duct system. The refrigeration system is supported by an auto defrost cycle that works to prevent frost accumulation.
