The Everest Refrigeration ETBWF2 undercounter freezer’s 18-cubic-foot space holds four epoxy-coated shelves with two per section. For maximum organization, the shelves come with height-adjustable stainless steel clips. To withstand heavy use, the cabinet features a stainless steel construction with a 16-gauge stainless steel work top, and the bottom and rear are made of steel for durability. The inner panels are insulated with 2¹/₂-inch-thick polyurethane to maintain consistently cool temperatures, and two self-closing doors with snap-in gaskets and pre-installed locks create an airtight seal.

The Everest Refrigeration ETBWF2 freezer’s bottom-mounted refrigeration system is simple to access for service or maintenance. It uses R290 refrigerant, and its detachable cartridge makes replacement simple. The refrigerant is directed through the system with large-capacity evaporator and condenser coils, and to prevent frost accumulation, the unit features a defrost system with a defrost heater. A self-maintaining drain pan collects condensate until its eventual removal. The unit is equipped with multi-functional controls so users can adjust temperatures from -10 to 54 degrees.
