For durability, the exterior and interior are made of heavy-duty stainless steel with rounded corners for user safety. The two interior wire shelves have an epoxy coating for corrosion resistance, and they're adjustable using the shelf clips to accommodate different product sizes. The refrigerator’s solid door has a self-closing design, magnetic gasket, and recessed handle; its built-in lock enhances product security.

The Everest Refrigeration ETBR1 undercounter refrigerator’s self-contained refrigeration system streamlines installation, while the unit’s front-breathing design supports versatile placement. This system contains a condensate drain pan for water removal and an automatic defrost that's time initiated and temperature terminated. With a temperature range between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit, this refrigerator uses R290 refrigerant for cooling and 2¹/₂ inches of polyurethane foam for insulation. The holding temperature is digitally controlled, and operators can view the current temperature readout on the LED display.
