Durable enough to withstand heavy use, the Everest Refrigeration ETBF2 undercounter freezer is constructed of stainless steel with galvanized steel bottom and rear panels. For additional durability, the four interior shelves are made of steel with an epoxy coating. This freezer has two solid doors for interior access, and they are self-closing with an adjustable torsion system and have preinstalled locks for improved security. The doors’ recessed handles and the unit’s rounded corners establish user safety while providing cleaning efficiency. Measuring 47¹/₂ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 30¹/₄ inches high, this freezer is furnished with four swivel casters for smooth transportation, and the front two casters lock for stabilization when stationary.

The Everest Refrigeration ETBF2 undercounter freezer supports a temperature range between -10 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit, and these temperatures are sustained with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 2¹/₂-inch polyurethane foam insulation. Staff can set the holding temperature via the digital controller for precise management. For streamlined installation, the refrigeration system is self-contained, and the unit features a front-breathing design. This system includes a condensate drain pan for water removal and automatic defrost system to reduce ice development.
