Ideal for establishments looking to expand frozen storage, the Everest Refrigeration ESFH2 reach-in freezer is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel capable of withstanding heavy use over time. The unit offers three adjustable, epoxy-coated steel wire shelves in 23 cubic feet of interior space. The one-section interior is accessed via the two half-height, solid, hinged doors with field-reversible hinges that help optimize installation. This unit is insulated with 2¹/₂ inches of polyurethane foam located between the metal paneling. To prevent staff injury, the exterior corners have a rounded design, and to simplify item retrieval, the interior is fitted with silicone-coated and shatter-resistant LED lighting.

To keep integral mechanisms away from floor debris and to avoid impact damage, the Everest Refrigeration ESFH2 reach-in freezer’s cooling system is mounted to the top of the cabinet. The system utilizes R290 refrigerant—an eco-friendly hydrocarbon—to maintain an operating temperature range between –10 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit. Staff can program desired temperatures using the multi-functional digital controls, which have an LED display to ensure accurate temperature programming. To prevent frost from accumulating in the cabinet, this unit has an auto defrost system, and to detect and address any unwanted temperature fluctuations, this unit has an overheat protection alarm.
