Everest Refrigeration ESC83R Description
The self-contained refrigeration system of the Everest Refrigeration ESC83R sushi case is mounted on the right side and is encased in a black-coated steel housing that can blend seamlessly with nearby equipment. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to provide an energy-efficient, eco-friendly operation. The case interior is factory set at 38 degrees Fahrenheit when the ambient temperature is 80 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit has an external on/off switch to simplify operation.
Designed to display sushi items on a countertop, the Everest Refrigeration ESC83R sushi case has six plastic trays with two possible mounting styles and has a single piece, curved glass display window that offers a panoramic view. The interior offers 3 cubic feet of space and is accessed through 4 sliding glass doors and has foamed-in-place insulation to help retain cool conditions during use.
