Constructed of stainless steel, the Everest Refrigeration EPWR2 sandwich/salad prep table’s exterior, interior, lid, and hood promote durability and corrosion resistance. While the 12¹/₄-inch-deep cutting board streamlines food preparation, the top compartment can hold 16 sixth-size pans for ingredient storage. The 17-cubic-foot interior contains four adjustable, epoxy-coated steel shelves and is accessible through the two solid doors. Each door has a self-closing design, recessed handles, and snap-in magnetic gaskets. Measuring 59¹/₈ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 37¹/₂ inches high, this unit is mounted on four 5-inch swivel casters.

The Everest Refrigeration EPWR2 prep table features high-density polyurethane insulation between its metal paneling and an insulated lid to prevent cold air from escaping. The self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant for efficient cooling, and the digital controller enables temperature adjustments between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit. To ensure consistent interior conditions, the included condensate drain pan automatically eliminates excess water, while the automatic defrost cycle eliminates frost and ice growth.
