Featuring a heavy-duty stainless steel construction with a galvanized steel bottom and rear, the Everest Refrigeration EPR3 sandwich/salad prep table retains durability through high-volume use and has rounded corners for simplified cleaning. For streamlined food preparation, this unit is built with a 12¹/₄-inch-deep cutting board and a top compartment capable of holding 18 sixth-size pans. The refrigerated base is fitted with three self-closing doors and snap-in magnetic gaskets for temperature retention, and the interior comes with six steel shelves and LED lighting. This prep table is positioned on four 5-inch swivel casters for convenient repositioning when maintenance is needed.

The Everest Refrigeration EPR3 prep table preserves internal temperatures with 2¹/₂-inch polyurethane insulation and R290 refrigerant. To ensure conditions remain constant, the self-contained refrigeration system has an energy-efficient condensate pan for removing excess water and an automatic defrost cycle that prevents ice buildup. If the compressor or condenser coil ever overheats, an alarm sounds until the problem is addressed. Staff can use the digital controller to set the unit’s holding temperature between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit.
