For increased durability, the Everest Refrigeration EPPSR2 pizza prep table is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel with rounded corners, a galvanized steel bottom and rear, and two solid doors with a self-closing design. This unit offers ample food preparation space with its 16-gauge stainless steel worktop and 19¹/₄-inch-deep cutting board. The interior measures 16 cubic feet and has four adjustable, epoxy-coated shelves outfitted with stainless steel clips. Overall, this unit measures 59¹/₈ inches wide by 36¹/₂ inches deep by 36¹/₄ inches high and is positioned on four swivel casters and two leg stabilizers.

Featuring a self-maintaining condensate drain pan and automatic defrost, the Everest Refrigeration EPPSR2 prep table reduces excess water and ice buildup. The self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to generate cold temperatures between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit. Staff can set and adjust the temperature levels with the digital controls, and the external LED display provides a current temperature readout. To ensure conditions remain consistent in the interior and top compartment, this unit is designed with 2¹/₂-inch polyurethane foam insulation and an insulated top lid.
