For an eco-friendly and energy efficient operation, the Everest Refrigeration EPPR1 pizza prep table’s refrigerated base operates using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The cabinet interior spans 9 cubic feet, offering a compact space for storing inventory. Both the interior and exterior are constructed of stainless steel to ensure a long service life, and the interior is equipped with two adjustable, epoxy-coated steel wire shelves to optimize storage capability. The cabinet is accessed through a solid hinged door with a self-closing design to retain set temperatures. To provide a tight seal, this door has a magnetic snap-in door gasket and door frame heaters.

Designed for preparing pizzas of various size, the Everest Refrigeration EPPR1 pizza prep table has a top compartment that can hold up to four 6-inch-deep third-size pans. These pans can hold food ingredients such as sauces, vegetables, cheese, and deli meats, and an insulated pull-down lid can keep items fresh when they are not being used. A 19¹/₄-inch-deep cutting board spans the cabinet to provide a versatile surface for preparing menu items and can be removed from the cabinet to simplify maintenance. This unit has a self-contained refrigeration system to ease the installation process, and overall, this unit measures 35⁵/₈ inches wide by 36¹/₂ inches deep by 36¹/₄ inches high.
