The Everest Refrigeration EOTP1 mega top prep table measures 31¹/₂ inches deep and can be installed with other prep tables for a complete lineup. Its top end, which features a wide stainless steel top opening, fits 12 sixth-size pans. To provide additional storage, the 8-cubic-foot space holds one epoxy-coted steel shelf that is adjusted with height-adjustable clips. The interior and exterior of the unit are made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, and the bottom is made of galvanized steel. For ease of cleaning after lengthy use, the internal cabinet has hazard-free round corners. The unit’s single heavy-duty, self-closing door features a snap-in gasket for an airtight seal, while the frame heaters inhibit heavy moisture buildup.

The Everest Refrigeration EOTP1 mega top sandwich and salad prep table includes a back-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system. On top of being simple to access, the unit’s Blizzard R290 condensing unit is detachable for easy replacement. Large-capacity condenser and evaporator coils effectively circulate the refrigerant throughout the system. For quick temperature pull down, the unit’s fan motors are electronically commutated. To combat frost, it has a time-initiated, temperature-terminated defrost system, while the self-maintaining condensate pan reduces excess moisture. Granting efficient temperature control, the unit’s multi-function temperature controller has a temperature range of 33 to 54 degrees Fahrenheit.
