The exterior of the Everest Refrigeration EOMV-48-B-28-S vertical open-air cooler has a black coating that reduces the appearance of wear and can blend seamlessly with most equipment setups. This unit offers 12.2 cubic feet of interior space and measures 48 inches wide by 28³/₈ inches deep by 60¹/₈ inches high. The side panels are constructed of tempered glass and can be replaced in the field. The interior wall is perforated to facilitate proper airflow around stored items. This item comes with three stainless steel shelves which have shielded LED lighting installed below them to illuminate the cabinet. For an optimal display, each shelf has a price molding and can be positioned flat or at a slight downward 10-degree angle.

To permit maneuverability around a kitchen workspace, the Everest Refrigeration EOMV-48-B-28-S vertical open-air merchandiser sits atop four 5-inch swivel casters with locks on the front two. To reduce staff intervention, this unit has a self-contained refrigeration system that's bottom mounted to optimize interior space. To prevent impact damage, this unit has a front bumper belt made of durable stainless steel. This unit maintains an average product temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit and has a factory preset temperatures of 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
