The white exterior of the Everest Refrigeration EOMH-72-W-35-S horizontal open-air cooler provides a modern, clean appearance, and the 11.4-cubic-foot interior is made of heavy-duty stainless steel to withstand frequent use. The unit’s interior is visible from both sides through the tempered glass and illuminated with shielded LED lighting. To retain cold air and keep out heat after operating hours, this unit features a retractable night curtain. Overall, this cooler measures 731/4 inches wide by 341/4 inches deep by 41 inches high and is mounted on six 5-inch casters with leg stabilizers.
The Everest Refrigeration EOMH-72-W-35-S cooler is insulated with high-density polyurethane foam and cooled with R290 refrigerant; both the insulation and refrigerant ensure the holding temperature remains at 40 degrees Fahrenheit or less. This cooler is fitted with a perforated back wall for efficient air circulation throughout the cabinet. The self-contained refrigeration system is bottom mounted to maximize interior storage, and it contains a self-maintaining condensate evaporator that eliminates water accumulation.
