To protect against impact damage, the Everest Refrigeration EOMH-36-W-35-S open-air merchandiser has a front-mounted bumper belt constructed of durable stainless steel. This unit’s interior is also made of stainless steel for rust and corrosion resistance. The moisture-resistant side panels are built of tempered glass, and the exterior is white to blend seamlessly with equipment setups. To insulate the cabinet and help maximize energy usage, 2¹/₂-inch-thick polyurethane foam is installed between the metal paneling. To provide a clear view of items in the cabinet, this unit has shielded LED lighting installed under the shelf and canopy, and the interior is equipped with a removable, two-tier stainless steel shelf riser.

For eco-friendly and energy-efficient operation, the Everest Refrigeration EOMH-36-W-35-S display merchandiser relies on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cool conditions. The factory-set temperature is 35 degrees Fahrenheit, and the average product temperature is 40 degrees or lower. To protect against overheating and potential loss of inventory, this unit has an audible overheat alarm. This unit has a front air intake and rear air discharge design that enables staff to install this merchandiser to be installed into a side-by-side lineup.
