With a 48-cubic-foot interior, the Everest Refrigeration EMGF48 two-section display freezer supports versatile storage capabilities with its eight adjustable shelves. For enhanced cleaning, the interior features rounded corners, the drain plug is detachable, and the magnetic door gaskets are removable. Both double-pane glass doors are equipped with self-closing hinges and built-in locks. The unit’s white-coated steel construction withstands corrosion, and the 2¹/₂-inch polyurethane insulation sits between the metal paneling for temperature retention. This unit sits on four swivel casters for smooth mobility, and two of the casters lock for constant stabilization.

The Everest Refrigeration EMGF48 freezer features large-capacity condenser and evaporator coils, and when the coils begin overheating, an alarm sounds until the issue is resolved. For energy-efficient operation, the freezer’s self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and contains a self-maintaining condensate pan and time-initiated and temperature-terminated defrost. This unit supports temperature adjustments between -10 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit, and staff can monitor the current holding temperature on the external display.
