This unit is made of heavy-duty stainless steel with galvanized steel top, bottom, and rear panels for a long service life. The 55-cubic-foot interior features eight epoxy-coated shelves with a wire configuration to promote even airflow. The Everest Refrigeration EGSWH4 refrigerator operates with a top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that produces temperatures between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit. These temperature levels can be monitored with the external display and are maintained with the use of R290 refrigerant and high-density polyurethane insulation. To ensure a stable performance, this unit is supplied with a time-initiated and temperature-terminated defrost that reduces ice formation on the condenser and evaporator coils.
