Everest Refrigeration EDA1-S Dry Aging & Thawing Cabinet - 115v

With shielded LED interior lighting and a double-pane glass door, the Everest Refrigeration EDA1-S dry ager and thawing refrigerator provides staff with a clear view of the interior to keep a close eye on shelf items during preparation. The interior spans 10 cubic feet, is fitted with three adjustable stainless steel shelves, and is constructed of PFOA-free ceramic coated aluminum to help diffuse infrared rays that expedite the meat maturation process. The exterior is constructed of stainless steel to resist corrosion and dents and has rounded corners to prevent collision injuries.

To lock in cool conditions, the Everest Refrigeration EDA1-S dry aging and thawing cabinet has 2¹/₂ inches of polyurethane insulation sandwiched between its metal paneling. The hinged glass door has an aluminum frame with a matte finish and a field-reversible design to optimize placement. The door self-closes if left open and has an adjustable torsion system to provide a tight seal. The self-contained and bottom mounted refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant to achieve temperatures between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit.
