The Everest Refrigeration ECB52-60D2 chef base features two drawers with low-friction ball bearings, recessed handles, and magnetic snap-in gaskets. Measuring 60 inches wide by 321/8 inches deep by 20 inches high, this unit is fitted with four 5-inch swivel casters (two locking) and three front leg stabilizers. For enhanced durability and an extended lifespan, this chef base is made with a heavy-duty stainless steel structure, 16-gauge stainless steel worktop, and corner guards.
The Everest Refrigeration ECB52-60D2 chef base enables quick, accurate temperature adjustments between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit with the digital control panel, which provides current temperature readouts. To safeguard cold temperatures, this unit operates with R290 refrigerant and polyurethane foam insulation, while the self-contained refrigeration system cuts back on maintenance costs with its self-maintaining condensate drain pan and automatic defrost cycle.
