To reduce labor and optimize oil quality, the Henny Penny PFE500.07 pressure fryer features a built-in filtration system. The cold zone beneath its three heating elements extends oils life, while the channel below the lid directs condensation away from the pot to keep it out of the oil. Because the lid is made of cast aluminum, it's strong but lightweight for comfortable handling. The unit's remainder is constructed of stainless steel—a durable, rust-resistant metal that can be wiped clean.

To enable mobility for service or cleaning, the Henny Penny PFE500.07 electric fryer is furnished with four heavy-duty casters. It features a single rectangular frypot that accommodates 48 pounds of oil and a full-size basket with a handle. For increased safety, it features a lid-lock system and color-coded locking spindle that engages the pressure seal. This unit is equipped with sophisticated Computron™ 8000 controls that offer various features to optimize convenience in fast-paced settings. Overall, it measures 19.7 inches wide by 38.6 inches deep by 48 inches wide.
