The stainless steel Henny Penny FPE615.560.01 combi-steamer oven is a full-size countertop unit with the capacity to hold 6 pans. It measures 39¹/₄ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 31¹/₁₀ inches high. Designed with ease of use in mind, the combi-steamer oven has a touchscreen control pad with 350 included AutoChef™ cooking programs. Users can also create their own recipes with as many as 20 steps in each.

The Henny Penny FPE615.560.01 combi-steamer oven has a stainless steel interior with coved corners that ease cleaning in addition to the WaveClean™ self-cleaning system. The oven’s door has a triple-pane glass door panel for visual monitoring and a full perimeter door seal for enhanced heat capture and energy efficiency. This oven used ClimaSelect Plus to maintain set humidity levels in 10 percent increments between 0 and 100 percent. The combi-steamer oven is equipped with a 5-speed auto-reverse fan for fast, even cooking.

Startup service is included with every Henny Penny combi oven KaTom offers. After sale, one of Henny Penny's approved service providers will contact you to coordinate a visit to perform an equipment startup to ensure the equipment was installed correctly and is operating properly. Operational training will also be delivered during this visit.
