VerTerra 01-22-15B Description
From the Dinnerware from Fallen Leaves™ series, the VerTerra 01-22-15B disposable plate is made from natural palm leaves that have already fallen off the trees and would otherwise be burned and wasted. After the fallen leaves are collected, they're sprayed with high-pressure water, steamed, and sterilized with UV technology. Through this process, the leaves are sanitized without the addition of toxins or chemicals. The 6-inch by 6-inch square plate withstands heat from hot products and is oven and microwave safe. After use, it can be discarded, and it will compost naturally in 2 months.
