Cadco BLS-4HTR-2 Double Half Size Electric Convection Oven - 7.6kW, 208-240v/1ph

Ideal for cooking, baking, roasting, warming, or rethermalizing products with conflicting cooking settings, the Cadco BLS-4HTR-2 convection oven includes two half-size electric convection ovens stacked on a stand. These ovens have independent BAKERLUX™ TOUCH controls that let employees save 99 programs; set nine baking steps; initiate the proofing control; and adjust humidity, temperature, fan speed, and timer settings. Once a program has been selected or settings have been modified for baking, the unit's figure-eight advanced airflow design evenly disperses heat, and the two-speed reversible fan guides large amounts of air into or out of the chamber for quick temperature adjustment. When a cycle is complete, a light flashes and the unit beeps to alert the operator. Because it can be connected to a USB port and Wi-Fi, this system is ideal for restaurant chains that use data-driven cooking.

Each oven measures 23⁵⁄₈ inches wide by 29 inches deep by 19⁷⁄₈ inches tall with a 19¹⁄₄-inch-wide by 14-inch-deep by 13¹⁄₄-inch-tall baking chamber. The LED-lighted cooking chamber includes four wire shelves that can hold four half-size sheet pans (sold separately), and to ease pan insertion and retrieval, each shelf is spaced 2⁵⁄₈ inches apart. Each oven's right-hinged door grants direct access to the cooking chamber, while its heavy-duty design withstands repeated opening and closing. The cool-touch, double-wall glass window lends a full view into the cooking chamber so staff can monitor progress. Once closed, the doors lock automatically.

For an elevated working height, the Cadco BLS-4HTR-2 electric convection oven is positioned on the Cadco OST-34A-CS stand. Made of durable aluminum, this corrosion-resistant unit measures 24 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 24¹⁄₄ inches high. Its four silent casters provide quiet, smooth mobility, while the two brakes and two directional locks ensure stable use. For convenient storage, five half-size sheet pans can be placed on the open base's pan slides.
