For conserving counterspace and simultaneously baking products with conflicting cooking requirements, the Cadco BLS-4HTD-2 electric convection oven features two stacked half-size ovens with independent controls. Each oven's BAKERLUX™ TOUCH controls provide nine baking steps and can save 99 programs to streamline setup for frequent recipes. To accommodate various dishes, staff can adjust temperature from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and humidity levels from 0 to 100 percent in 20-percent increments. The timer can be set for as long as 10 hours or run continuously, and once a baking cycle is complete, flashing lights and beeps grab employee attention. To record information for data-driven cooking, this unit is compatible with USB ports and can be connected to Wi-Fi.

Both half-size ovens measure 23⁵⁄₈ inches wide by 29 inches deep by 19⁵⁄₈ inches high and are made of stainless steel—a resilient, rust- and corrosion-resistant metal that can simply be wiped clean. Their bottom-hinged, heavy-duty doors are built with cool-touch, double-wall glass windows that combine with LED interior lighting for a clear view into the cooking chambers. These 19¹⁄₄-inch-wide by 14-inch-deep by 13¹⁄₄-inch-tall chambers include four wire shelves that accommodate four half-size sheet pans (not included). To ease pan insertion and removal, the shelves are spaced 2⁵⁄₈ inches apart.

So the Cadco BLS-4HTD-2 countertop oven can be transported for maintenance or cleaning, it's positioned on the included Cadco OST-34A-CS stand. This aluminum unit measures 24 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 24¹⁄₄ inches high and is equipped with four silent casters. For stability during use, two of these casters include brakes, and the other two include directional locks. The open base features pan slides that can hold five half-size sheet pans for accessible storage.
