Ideal for low- or medium-volume applications, the Cadco BLS-4HLD-1 BAKERLUX™ LED heavy-duty convection oven is a half-size unit with a 2.1-cubic-foot cooking chamber that accommodates four half-size sheet pans on four wire shelves. To accommodate various dishes, the shelves are spaced 2⁵⁄₈ inches apart. Because the heavy-duty door is bottom hinged, staff can easily insert and remove food pans. Its glass panel provides a full view of the illuminated interior and remains cool to the touch during baking cycles. This 23⁵⁄₈-inch-wide by 29-inch-deep by 19⁵⁄₈-inch-tall unit's interior and exterior are made of rust-, corrosion- and wear-resistant stainless steel for lasting durability through daily use.

To save counterspace and ease transport, this convection oven is equipped with the Cadco OST-34A-C stand. This open-base unit measures 24 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 38 inches high and is fitted with four silent casters—two with directional locks and two with brakes. The pan slides can accommodate 10 half-size pans, keeping them close until they're ready for baking. For long-term resilience, this unit is made of strong aluminum.

To ensure even, quick cooking, the Cadco BLS-4HLD-1 electric convection oven uses a combination of convection heat and humidity. The figure-eight airflow design uniformly distributes heat, while the reversible fan draws in a large volume of air into the cooking chamber. To achieve desired results, staff can set the temperature from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and modify humidity from 0 to 100 percent with the LED digital programmable controls. This system also features an adjustable timer, three baking steps, two fan speeds, and proofer control. As many as 99 frequently cooked recipes—including 12 Quick Access programs—can be saved to this system to ease oven setup. Once a cycle is complete, a light flashes and the unit beeps to alert operators.
