Great for establishments needing to bake, rethermalize, roast, or warm products with conflicting cooking requirements simultaneously, the Cadco BLS-4FTR-2 electric convection oven is made of up two full-size, independently functioning ovens. Each oven measures 31¹⁄₂ inches wide by 35¹⁄₂ inches deep by 19⁷⁄₈ inches tall with an LED-lighted 27¹⁄₄-inch-wide by 19-inch-deep by 13¹⁄₄-inch-tall cooking chamber that accommodates four full-size sheet pans on its four wire shelves. The interiors and exteriors are made of stainless steel—a rugged, rust- and corrosion-resistant metal capable of withstanding heavy-duty, back-of-house use. Each oven has a corresponding, right-hinged door with a cool-touch, double-wall glass panel that endures repeated opening and closing. When the door is closed, it locks automatically.

These ovens are stacked atop of the Cadco OST-195-CS aluminum stand, which measures 31¹⁄₂ inches wide by 27 inches deep by 24¹⁄₂ inches high and features four silent casters with two brakes and two directional locks for quiet, smooth transportation. For lasting resiliency, this unit is made of durable aluminum, and five additional full-size sheet pans can be stored on the open base's pan slides.

Staff can use the Cadco BLS-4FTR-2 convection ovens' two BAKERLUX™ TOUCH panels to save 99 programs and set nine baking steps for frequently used recipes. These intuitive panels let operators set the timer, modify humidity in 20-percent increments, and adjust temperature from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. To maintain records for data-driven cooking, this unit can be connected to USB ports and Wi-Fi. Intended to expedite baking and achieve uniform results, these ovens are built with advanced figure-eight airflow designs and two automatically reversible fans per oven with two fan speeds.
