By using convection heat and adjustable humidity, the Cadco BLS-4FTR-1 convection oven uniformly and quickly bakes, rethermalizes, roasts, or warms a range of products. Its figure-eight advanced airflow design evenly directs heat toward food, while the reversible fan guides large volumes of air into or out of the cooking chamber for expedited heating. To simplify oven setup for frequently cooked recipes, its BAKERLUX™ TOUCH panel can save 99 programs and nine baking steps. This system also allows staff to set the timer, modify the humidity in 20-percent increments, and adjust temperatures from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Because this unit is compatible with USB ports and Wi-Fi, it can be used to track records for data-driven cooking.

This convection oven's 4-cubic-foot cooking chamber measures 27¹⁄₄ inches wide by 19 inches deep by 13¹⁄₄ inches high and includes four wire shelves spaced 2⁵⁄₈ inches apart; four full-size pans (sold separately) can fit in this unit. The right-hinged door provides direct access to the interior for seamless pan removal and insertion, while its heavy-duty design withstands repeated opening and closing. The door's double-wall glass panel grants a view into the chamber and remains cool to the touch throughout baking. When the door is closed, it locks automatically. To withstand high-volume use, the unit's interior and exterior are made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
