The Cadco BLS-3HTD-1 half-size convection oven uses a combination of convection heat and humidity to bake, warm, roast, or rethermalize food and preserve its original quality. The advanced figure-eight airflow design evenly heats product, while the reversible fan guides a large volume of air into the cooking chamber. Staff can streamline setup by programming the TOUCH digital controls, which feature nine baking steps, a timer, two fan speeds, proofer control, 99 programs, and adjustable humidity percentage and temperature. To keep records for data-driven cooking, this unit can be connected to Wi-Fi and utilize USB programming. When a cook cycle is complete, the unit beeps and a light flashes to alert staff, and for user safety, the unit shuts off automatically when the door is opened.

This 23⁵⁄₈-inch-wide by 29-inch-deep by 16⁵⁄₈-inch-tall convection oven boasts a 19¹⁄₄-inch-wide by 14-inch-deep by 10¹⁄₄-inch-tall cooking chamber with three wire shelves that can accommodate three half-size sheet pans (sold separately). Its bottom-hinged door eases pan insertion and removal, while its heavy-duty construction withstands repeated opening and closing. Its double-glass design provides a full view of the LED-lighted interior so users can monitor baking. To preserve its original condition throughout high-volume use, this unit is made of rugged, corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel.

The Cadco BLS-3HTD-1 half-size commercial convection oven can be placed on the included Cadco OST-34A-C half-size oven stand to save counterspace and elevate the unit. Made of durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum, this stand withstands heavy-duty use and can be wiped clean. Its open base is lined with pan racks that accommodate 10 half-size pans. Its four casters provide smooth mobility for simple transport, and the two brakes and two directional locks enhance stabilization during use.
