Cadco BLS-3HLD-2 Double Half Size Electric Convection Oven - 6.6kW, 208-240v/1ph

Part of the BAKERLUX™ LED series, the Cadco BLS-3HLD-2 double half-size electric convection oven is comprised of two half-size ovens with independent, programmable LED control panels. Great for baking, rethermalizing, roasting, or heating different products simultaneously, staff can adjust each oven's controls. To streamline setup, operators can program the three baking steps; set the timer, temperature, humidity, and fan speed; and save as many as 99 programs, including 12 Quick Access programs. These ovens use a combination of convection heat and humidity for quick, uniform baking. While the advanced airflow design's figure-eight configuration evenly heats food, the reversible fan moves a large volume of air into the baking cavity for fast cooking. When a cycle is complete, lights flash and the unit beeps to notify employees.

Both half-size ovens measure 23⁵⁄₈ inches wide by 29 inches deep by 16⁵⁄₈ inches high and are made of durable rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel to withstand high-volume use. Their heavy-duty, bottom-hinged doors provide direct access to the cooking chambers, and their cool-touch, double-wall glass panels provide a view of the LED-lighted interior for product monitoring. Three half-size sheet pans can be placed on the cooking chamber's three wire shelves, which are spaced 2⁵⁄₈ inches apart.

To save counterspace and create a comfortable working height, the Cadco BLS-3HLD-2 double convection oven is positioned on the included Cadco OST-34A-CS half-size oven stand. This 24-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 24¹⁄₄-inch-tall stand is made of resilient, corrosion-resistant aluminum, featuring an open back with pan rack slides that can accommodate five half-size sheet pans. To ease transport for cleaning or maintenance, it's equipped with four casters—two with brakes and two with directional locks.
