For quick, thorough baking, the Cadco BLS-3HGD-1 single, half-size electric convection oven's unique figure-eight airflow design uniformly heats food, while its reversible fan directs a large volume of air into the cooking cavity. To ease setup and create consistent results, its digital touch controls include three baking steps and lets operators save 99 programs—including 12 Quick Access programs—and set specific recipe temperatures and times. This unit can produce and maintain temperatures from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the timer can be set for as long as 10 hours or the unit can just run continuously. So employees can quickly discern when a cycle is complete, a light flashes and the unit beeps, and when the door is opened, the unit will automatically shut off for safety.

This convection oven features a 19¹⁄₄-inch-wide by 14-inch-deep by 10¹⁄₄-inch-tall cooking chamber with three wire shelves that accommodate three half-size sheet pans (not included). To accommodate various product sizes, there is 2⁵⁄₈ inches of space between each shelf. The bottom-hinged door provides direct access to the cooking chamber so staff can simply load and retrieve pans, while its heavy-duty construction withstands repeated opening and closing. The door is built with cool-touch double-wall glass to provide a view of the interior, and an LED light illuminates the chamber so staff can monitor baking.

This Cadco BLS-3HGD-1 commercial convection oven measures 23⁵⁄₈ inches wide by 29 inches deep by 16⁵⁄₈ inches high and is made of durable, stainless steel to prolong its service life. To conserve countertop space, it's positioned on a 22-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 40-inch-high Cadco OST-34A-C stand. This stand's durable aluminum construction is corrosion resistant and simple to clean, and it's fitted with four casters for smooth mobility. The stand's open base is built with rack slides that accommodate 10 half-size sheet pans.
