Cadco WT-5-HD-SS Description
For keeping food pans warm on food bars and buffet lines, the Cadco WT-5-HD-SS heavy-duty countertop warming shelf features a snap-action thermostat that can be set from 155 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit. Its 151⁄2-inch-wide by 11-inch-deep warming surface accommodates two third-size steam table pans or one half-size steam table pan, transferring heat efficiently and uniformly to eliminate cold spots that could affect food quality. To indicate the unit is hot and in use, its heat control includes safety signal lights.
Great for hotels, country clubs, healthcare facilities, or grocery stores, the Cadco WT-5-HD-SS warming shelf measures 201⁄4 inches wide by 143⁄8 inches deep by 23⁄4 inches tall to fit compact countertops. To minimize sliding during operation, it's positioned on nonskid feet. While its complete stainless steel construction resists rust, corrosion, and wear to prolong service life through high-volume use, its elegant, easy-to-clean charcoal finish adds a decorative flair that elevates presentation. For enhanced safety, its handles remain cool to the touch during heating.
