To accommodate six third-size, four half-size, or two full-size steam table pans, the Cadco WT-40-HD-SS countertop warming shelf is divided into two 19-inch-wide by 11-inch-deep warming zones. Its surface efficiently transfers heat once temperatures are set on the snap-action thermostat, and as menus change, each side's temperature can be adjusted between 155 and 205 degrees Fahrenheit. When its surface is hot, a signal light illuminates to alert operators.

The Cadco WT-40-HD-SS warming shelf's heavy-duty, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction withstands high-volume front-of-house use in hotels, healthcare facilities, grocery stores, and other high-traffic settings. To complement established decorative themes, it sports a charcoal-colored finish. As Cadco's largest countertop warming model, it measures just 45 inches wide by 14¹⁄₂ inches deep by 5 inches high to fit on compact countertops. This unit is positioned on nonskid feet for stability, and to enhance user safety, its handles remain cool to the touch when the surface is hot.
