The Cadco WT-10-HD-SS warming shelf is a medium-sized countertop unit measuring 24 inches wide by 14³⁄₈ inches deep by 2³⁄₄ inches tall. Its large 19-inch-wide by 11-inch-deep warming surface accommodates one full-size, two half-size, or three third-size steam table pans for flexibility. To provide durability while elevating steam pan presentation in hotels, grocery stores, country clubs, and healthcare facilities, its stainless steel body resists rust and corrosion and features a sleek, charcoal-colored finish. So it remains in place during use, it's fitted with nonskid feet.

To hold steam table pans at warm temperatures without continuing to cook the contents, the Cadco WT-10-HD-SS countertop warming shelf can produce and maintain temperatures from 155 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit. Its large warming surface efficiently transfers heat to minimize cold spots that could affect food quality. As menus change, staff can adjust the temperatures with the snap-action thermostat; a corresponding signal light alerts users when the surface is hot. To reduce user injury risk, its handles remain cool to the touch during heating.
