Cadco CPG-20FC Description
Using an adjustable thermostat, operators can set the temperature of the Cadco CPG-20FC panini grill as high as 740 degrees Fahrenheit. It’s designed with cool-touch handles to reduce the risk of burns when in operation, and it includes a grill scraper to facilitate cleaning after use. Further streamlining cleaning, it features a pull-out grease tray. Both the top and bottom cooking plates are smooth and clean to provide a view of the heating elements.
To ensure durability in high-volume environments, the Cadco CPG-20FC clamshell panini grill is built with stainless steel housing. This long-lasting metal defends against rusting, denting, and corroding and simplifies cleaning. Its balanced cover ensures items are cooked evenly, while a power light alerts users that the unit is in operation. To prevent it from sliding on the countertop, it's equipped with nonskid feet. Overall, this unit measures 241⁄3 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 7 inches high.
