Cadco CPG-10FC Description
Because the plates on the Cadco CPG-10FC commercial panini press are made of glass-ceramic, they are quicker to clean than aluminum and cast iron but do not distribute heat as well. The plates' smooth design is ideal for Texas toast and sandwiches that do not need grill marks. The top plate has a balanced design that accommodates 23⁄4-inch-thick food, remaining parallel over the cooking surface to provide an even heat.
The operator can control the temperature of this Cadco CPG-10FC clamshell grill with the adjustable thermostat. It has a maximum 700-degree Fahrenheit setting, while the exterior stays cool to the touch for burn protection. The exterior is made of stainless steel, which resists rusting and scratching and is swift to clean.
