Cadco BLS-4HTR-2H Double Half Size Electric Convection Oven - 3.8kW, 208-240v/1ph

From the Bakerlux™ TOUCH series, the Cadco BLS-4HTR-2H double half-size convection oven features two touchscreen control panels—each with USB programming capability, Wi-Fi connection, and graphic displays. The units can save 99 programs, run with six humidity settings, and have a 10-hour timer that can be set to continuous. The double-walled doors open from the side and are designed to stay cool to the touch for user safety.

The Cadco BLS-4HTR-2H double half-size convection oven’s temperature can be set between 175 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The ventless hood features an automatic fan with two speed settings and the interiors measure 4.2 cubic feet each and can hold four half-size sheet pans. The unit rests on an aluminum cart with four casters and space for holding five half-size sheet pans.
